    Function COUNTERROR

I need to examine a range and count the number of errors (of any kind) within that range, if any errors exist.

I looked for the function COUNTERROR without success, Hahahaha.

Anyway, is there a way to do this without VB? I'm too rusty on VB to revisit that now.

You could also utilise SUMPRODUCT to avoid "CSE" formulas, e.g.

    =SUMPRODUCT(--ISERROR(A1:A100))

Hmmm...what's with the two - signs in the formula?

    Never saw anything like that.

    Please excuse my ignorance.
