Chart Auto Update

Hello All !

I want to update in a chart through a button click.
The source file is update daily & I want to update the relevant chart automatically through a macro button so that only the fields are updated which has the data in them, no blanks data or empty cells should be updated.
Because if you link the chart with a huge range then its takes then values as zeros & look of the chart/scale is disturbed.

Secondly if anybody know how to change any chart through a macro click button to change the chart type from column to line to pareto to stack and etc.....

Hi,

in either case, record a macro to show an example of the required VBA code, then Copy the data and Paste Special - Ignore Blanks to update only figures, then adjust your chart as required to show what code will be required for your button.
