How do I find excel spreadsheet dependants on another spreadsheet

Hi,

This has been doing my head in for ages and having reviewed the internet for hours and reading numerous books, I still haven't got the answer.

So here's the challenge and this is not for the faint hearted:

I would like to be able to find out what other spreadsheets rely on the spreadsheet I'm currently in.

For example spreadsheet A cell D1 links into spreadsheet C cell F1

So if I was in spreadsheet C I'd like to be able to run or do something that told me that cell F1 was used in spreadsheet A cell D1.

Hope that that's clear enough, and I'll bow down in appreciation to anyone who can help.

Many thanks Ed, but unfortunately it's against my company's policy to be able to download anything off the internet and it blocked me when I tried to do it.

Therefore is there any other way?
