Can't navigate with "arrows"

I'm from Denmark and I have some difficulty in explaining what my problem is in English, but I'll give it a go since I can't really find another forum elsewhere.

When I use my "arrows" on the keybord, they function as scroll. Up and down, and sideways.
Where can I change this back to "normal"?

I think you may have the Scroll Lock on the keyboard selected. Turn it off and it should go back to normal.
