    Football Player Evaluation Grades

    I am trying to put together a spreadsheet that will allow football coaches the opportunity to use player performance data to assist their evaluations. Can someone help me id the correct excel formulas?

    Variables:
    Talent (Subjective Score between 1-5 averaged over 3 coaches)
    Grade (If Grade = 9 (+9pts), Grade =10 (+6), Grade = 11 (+3+, Grade = 12 (O)
    Height/Weight (Weight used for Hit/Power Ration)
    Speed (Speed + Agility = Mobility Score, also used to calculate Hit/Power Ratio)
    Agility (Speed + Agility = Mobility Score)
    Strength (Weighted Reps or Pushups in set time)

    Score = (Talent+Age + Mobility + Strength + Hit/Power)

    Defensive Position Recommendation (see example below)
    If Mobility < Mean but Weight, Strength and Hit/Power > than Mean, Position = DL
    If Mobility =/> Mean, but Weight, Strength and Hit/Power > than Mean, Position = DL/LB

    Is this possible?

    PLEASE! ~ Eric
