Hidden columns NOT HIDDEN on shared workbook

Hi All,

I have a shared workbook that I've hidden some columns in. But when others open the workbook, the columns are displayed. In fact, most others who open the workbook see the columns.

Is this a byproduct of individual settings? I'm scratching my noodle.

Anyone have any ideas?
