    User Form - Mandatory Input

    Hello.

Thanks to BigBas & Roy UK for sorting the last problem, but I have a new query now.

When the user form pops up, I don't want it to be able to close UNLESS ALL fields (RATE CODES , SEASONS, REASON, & USER NAME) have been populated.

Again, any help would be much appreciated.

I think what you need is to check this before the entry to the sheet is made otherwise the userform will not close
    Hope that helps.

This will check if the user has made entries into the textboxes & combos

    Sorry.

That doesn't work. Even if all 3 comboboxes & textbox are populated, the message "You must complete all entries" is coming up. It's also not populating the "AUDIT TRAIL" worksheet.

I was looking for a code that if all 3 combo boxes ("RATE CODES", "SEASONS", & "REASON") & the text box ("USER NAME") aren't populated the user form displays "You must complete all entries". The user form can't be closed until all 3 combo boxes and text box are populated.

Only when everyting is populated will the user form transfer the data to "AUDIT TRAIL" worksheet, & then allow the user to close the User form.

    Cheers
