Save before exit

Some of the people i work with have a bad habit of closing their excel files without saving, thereby losing all the data they enter. Is there a way to write a macro that saves the document right before excel closes? Or are there any other thoughts that someone might have as a way to prevent the loss of data when they close excel and chose "do not save".

That works wonderfully. Now another question i have is Can I make it so that they can not use the workbook unless they click "enable macros"?
