    Making tournament Bracket

Hi I am making a tournament bracket. I made a sample test sheet with 8 entrants.

To make it work you just fill out the bracket (big cells with border). Over to the right you'll see winners. The winners are who one each specific game. For example: If F11=R9 then it will be correct. It'll be more clear when you Excel masters look at the unprotected sheet. IF statements are the most advanced thing I know in Excel. And now the question: What would be the best way to make a tournament bracket in Excel?
P.S.-There are 64 entrants. For the first round it will not be single elimination. People will vote on who they want and the best 32 will go on. Is there anyway to incorporate the 64 teams in this?
    Thank you in advance =D
