Is there a quicker/easier way to add names?

I hope I am posting in the correct forum...

I would like to create a whole lot of named ranges - I have 12 country tabs all laid out the same and want to create a named range for each month on each tab

SPAIN_MAY name to be: =Spain!$J$9:$BT$31
SPAIN_JUNE name to be:=Spain!$J$32:$BT$52

The cell references will all be the same on each worksheet only the country name and month will change

Can anyone tell me if there is any quicker or eaiser way than using the Insert-Name-Define option via the menu please?

Otherwise I'll be typing and clicking forever... defining 96 names is a lot!
