VS.Net doesn't support *.xlsm files

I have VB 6.5 that doesn't have Date & Time picker. View->Tools did not have any option to view additional controls.

Is there a website from where I can download latest VB that has all controls?

My VS.Net 2005 VB Windows project has Date & Time picker control but doesn't read Office 2007 *.xlsm files. It asks for *.xls files.

Is there anyway to make VS.Net 2005 to read Office 2007 documents?
