Excel Formatting

I have various different numbers and want to format them so that it standard format is applied. for example I have 597321 and 1245789 as numbers and what to show 597321 as .6 of a million and 1245789 as 1.2million? Please can any one help! Thank you.

Custom format as "0.0,,;-0.0,,;0.0"

Or if you want it to actually state "million" in the cell, use:

0.0,," million";-0.0,," million";0.0
