Calculating Percentage increase or decrease

Can anyone help?

I need a column with a formula which calculates the percentage increase or decrease from some 2006 figures to 2007 - but i cant see how to do it? Can anyone help? An example is posted below:

Attendees Attendees
Mar 06 - Dec 06 Jan 06 - Jun 07 % Change
201 104
63 94
114 79

Hi,

First, format the cells that are showing the percentage to 'Percentage'. Presuming your '06 figures are in A2 and '07 in B2, I believe this should work:

=(B2/A2)-1

You could also Conditionally Format the cells that are minus to red (or whatever) to make the difference easier to see.
