    Moving MIN and MAX values

We have 4 users. They always starts at the Value 1,0. They can reach up to 2,0 depending how much they produce during the day. BUT there can only be 0,2 between the MAX and MIN.

    Example:

    User 1: 1,00
    User 2: 1,10
    User 3: 1,10
    User 4: 1,40 (1,20) 0,20 in buffer)

I want it to function that excel adding value to USER 1 so that USER 4 can get 1,3. Beacuse he can only get 0,2 more than the USER that is MINIMUM.

Want this to work with 100+ users.

Re: Moving MIN and MAX values

Can you give some examples with manually added results and explain how you use the buffer. At the moment and without a macro you'll need to have a column where you enter a value for a user and a another column that determines whether the value is within the Minimum + ,2 value and then copy the third column as values back to the original column.

Re: Moving MIN and MAX values

This is how I have done so far. I have calculated the VAUE to time. So you get a time buffer instead. But dont know how to do the moving MAX and min with range of 0.2 as MAX.
The USER that is over the range is filling up the other users time before he can get higher.

Can you even do this with any formula?
