Removing Blank Rows from a Spreadsheet

I have information in column C on random rows. Example- C4=customer name, C7=Customer name, C40=Customer name. I need to leave columns A & B as is and copy the info in column C to column D and remove all of the blank rows.

Thanks in advance - I'm sure there is a simple fix, but I don't know it.
