Find out what named range a cell is part of

Hi,

If I want to refer to a cell or block of cells that I know is part of a named range, but I can't remember the range name, I pull up the list of named ranges (Insert > Name > Define) and go through the list manually until I stumble across the right name range.

Is there a way to find out what named range a cell is a member of without using this labourous method?

If you want, somewhere on your sheet that is blank, you can paste a list of the names and what they refer to.

Select a blank cell-Go to Insert on the main toolbar-select Name-Paste-when the dialog box opens, select paste list.
