Sorting duplicates from two columns

Hi
I've got two columns, column A has around 4000 6 digit numbers and column B has around 14000 6 digit numbers, . Is there anyway of creating a column C where it lists the numbers that are duplicates in both A and B?

This is basically exactly what i need. I am just having a hard time for some stupid reason. I hit fill down, then i copied and pasted to c1. Then i sorted. Still nothing. Any advise?>
