Sorting within subcategories?

Hello all.

I am working on the attached spreadsheet. I would like to sort the rows by Field P, "Percentage . . . ."

However, I would also like to keep the sub-heading rows where they are (i.e. 3, 8, 12, 24.). Is there any way to do this?

Select only rows 4-7. Sort will only act on those rows.
Then select rows 9-11, etc.
