rounddown added to a formula

Hi, how do I get a furmula to rounddown

i.e. if i have a formula of say =SUM(P18:P25) how do I write the Rounddown command in the same cell to round down to say 2 decimal places.

=ROUNDDOWN(SUM(P18:P25),2)
