    Replace result like N/A or 0 with " " (blank)

    Hi All,

    I'm sorry if i ask too many questions in here but i tried to figure it out but still i cant. . I have attached a sample file for you to see the example. I just want my formula to show " " (blank) if it dosen't find any values. I highlighted the 2 formulas in yellow.

    Hi arthur,

    I tried that method but its not working. My formula is =IF(C12="FEMALE",VLOOKUP(I9,POSITION!A1:C15,3,FALSE),VLOOKUP(I9,POSITION!A1:C15,2,FALSE)). It says error in formula.

    Please help.

    WOW! Thanks oldchippy. It worked. I've been trying this for 3 hours now. Glad to have people like you guys! thanks again. I'll try to study the formula so i'll apply in the future.
