IF Statement Help

I am trying to do a logic statement using the IF funcation. I'm trying to use two different cells to return a true/false value. Below is what I have done.

=IF(E29="Air/Travel"&D29="Licensed Stores East",1,0)

Any suggestions on how I can get the results to return correctly. 1=true & 0=false.

=IF(AND(E29="Air/Travel",D29="Licensed Stores East"),1,0)

OR

=AND(E29="Air/Travel",D29="Licensed Stores East")+0
