    Row Height auto-adjusting?

    Hi all!

Have a slight issue with excel.

In a multi-line cell is there a way to make it so that when the document prints, it shows all the lines in the cell regardless of row height? I'm getting cut off on some cells.. and unless I manually adjust the row height it won't print correctly. Sometimes what I see on the excel screen looks fine, but its a millimeter or two off when it prints.

    Any help would be great.

    Thanks!

    glitch

This is a glitch, I run into ALL the time. It is a pain. I have found a work around. Correct me if I am wrong, I am assuming that you change the row height, it is perfect, prints great. (2) Then the next day you go into the file and resort something, etc.. and now it isn't perfect because the row where you changed the row height has different data in that cell.........::

There is a work around, not perfect, but does work. Go into the cell that is giving you the problem. Put a return above and below the text. (ie, go the cell and put the cursor before the 1st letter in the text and hold down the ALT key and hit ENTER then put the cursor at the end of the text and do the same thing)

This tricks Excel in thinking that there is text there and it will automaticly adjust the height.

Let me know if it works.
