    Red face printing issue

Simple but not so nice printing issue. I want to print rows 2 and 3 on top of each page (no problem - works like a charm). Where the icky part kicks in is that I want to repeat A3:B11 on every page as well. How the heck do I do this?????

    Hi cliffykat,

    Welcome to the forum.

How about this, first of all go to View > Toolbars > Commands Tab, scroll down until you see the camera, click on it and drag it up onto one of the toolbars (so that it available), then close the dialog box.

Now click the Print Preview icon, then close print preview, you should now see dash lines ------- around the page.

Now select A3:B11, click on the camera icon, then scroll down to the next page on you sheet, below the dashs (for example row 57) place your cursor and draw your picture, right click on it to remove the border. Now do a print preview - you now have rows 2 and 3 + A3:B11 on both pages - does that help?
