    Post "easy question" ?

Hi I got trouble with this one....
in row a5:iv5 I got an "date" value...
in row a20:iv20 I got an ordernary value...
in another sheet I wanna sum up the value of a20:iv20 if I got the right date...
example "sheet" 2 got an date in a5= 25.08.2007

then in sheet 1 I wanna sum up al values in row a20.iv20 if the date is correct??

    hopefully someone understand my question.....

    Try

    =SUMIF(Sheet1!A5:IV5,A5,Sheet1!A20:IV20)

where Sheet1 is the name of your sheet containing the data to sum
Where there is a will there are many ways.

Did you change the sheet name to match yours. And add an "!" mark after the name and before the range?
