Large File does calculate and is slow

hello friends,

i have a file, which has 13000 rows with input data.

whenever i save or change.. it calculates.. it takes alot of time to process this..

at the status it shows like calculating 30%, then 80% etc..

so inserting new row inbetween rows.. takes up alot of time.

i researched.. that this problem is caused by array formulas or vlookup etc..

all i have is subtotal, sum and in another sheet if with countif formula.

how can i make the large file make work easily, faster process, faster save, faster copy and paste etc...

is there a way to make the large file work very fast like any regular excel file.

pls.. it would be very helpful.
