How Not To Show Upper Left Corner Marker

When you click in a cell that has a formula, a black upper corner is displayed. Just to the left of the cell is displayed a symbol. When I click on the symbol, it reads...
"The formula in this cell refers to Empty Cells."

How do I get rid of this. All of a sudden it started doing this and I can't find a setting that will turn this off.

    Thanks
    Matt

    Hi Matt,

Click Tools -> Options -> Error Checking tab and un-check the entry for 'Formulas referring to empty cells' near the bottom. Click OK.
