    Printing a split screen

    Hi all,

I have data in columns A-Z.

    A-C contain names and i.d's

Column D-Z contain week numbers and data.

The screen is split so that the columns A-C stay on screen and the weeks are scrolled across as needed.

I want to print off only columns A-C and say M-S onto one sheet.

If I try to highlight the area to be printed the sheet auto scrolls back to highlight the columns in between C-M which I do not need.

How can I easily carry out the above task without too much work as the sheet cannot easily be altered as it is a shared file.

    Thank you
    Greg.

To print on one sheet you can select the whole print area, then hide columns D:L, print it, then unhide the columns

The way to do it more simply and mimicing what you have done on the spreadsheet is to set columns A:C to repeat. File_page setup_sheet and just to print selection each time excluding columns A:C as they will print anyway

    Regards
