Is there anyway within forum interface to go to threads of posts I have made?

Well if you click on the button ext to your name in a thread or click on your name at the bottom, there is then 2 options, all posts by you or all threads started by you

If you've subscribed to threads that you post in (through your Profile setup), then you can go to the Quick Links menu and select Subscribed threads...

otherwise you can select Advanced Search through the Search menu and enter your name in the appropriate search fields.
