Copy & Paste Outline

I have an outline on a spreedsheet, causing much of my data to be "hidden."
I want to copy and paste the visible data into another sheet.
The problem I'm having is that when I copy & paste, the "hidden" data is also copied & pasted. But I don't want the "hidden" data, only the visible data.
Also, I am working with over 10,000 rows of data, so 1 at a time will not cut it.
Any ideas? - Thanks

F5 > special > select visible.

Then copy and paste
