Flexitime / Work time calculator

Hi,

Can anyone advise, or show me where I can find a template for a work time calculator.

My team are to work 3hrs 36 minutes per half day. So, 7hrs 12 mins a day.

Is there any way I could make a calculator showing -

- the time arrived
- time left for lunch
- time arrived again
- time left for the day

which would then show the total number of hours/mins worked?
