    Links Question

    Hey guys, one quick question.
    I have 2 excel files
1.- An excel file with a list of clients. It is linked to file 2
2.- An excel file with lots of data about the clients. As mentioned above, the list of clients is linked to this one. This is because I have many other files like these and they all use the same clients (so that I only have to update the list one time).

So my problem is that once in a while I have to send file #2 (the one with all the data about the clients) to my boss. Since the list in file 2 is linked, it wont display anything when I send it by email (I dont want to send the client names seperately). Is there a way to automatically make a linked list permanent?

Instead of sending him a copy of file 2, make a separate copy of the file, and copy and paste special > values to the links?
