    Display missing names

curently have an excel document that is grabbing results based on user names if finds on a sheet and if a match is found on another sheet it shows the results. but when an employee is terminated they are no longer on one of the sheets that matches up the results. bassically is there a formula that would look on all the sheets and if no match is found on the first sheet it would display that name? not sure if this question makes much sense so i've attached an example of what i'm trying to do..

Not entirely sure what you are after, but if match does not find it's target it returns #N/A, if it does it returns a number.

Thus could you use IF(ISNUMBER(MATCH(...)),option1,option2) ?

    Mark.
