    Increase a range of cells

    Hi

    I have created a range of cells for my Vlookup called "sales" from A2 to A5. I now have added some additional data from A6 to A20 but these do not appear in my pick list so I need to increase the range, how do I do that? I did select the name SALES in the name box (top left of excel) and it shows that is currently is selecting A2 to A5 (which I expected), however when I click and drag the highlighted area in order to select the additional data it does not make any difference at all.

    Hi,

    Do the following:

    Insert > Name > Define > Choose your range from the list (if there's more than one) > Change the range in the 'Refers to' box at the bottom.
