I have my column headers formatted so that the text is aligned at 45 degrees.
How do I create page breaks that don't split up the column header onto two different sheets?

Can you give more detail on what you are trying to do - not easy to understand?

My column headers are quite long, think sentances. The text is formatted on a 45 degree slant, no matter where I set my page breaks there end up being multiple column headers that are split up onto seperate pages.
Post a .zip sample of your file.
Also, I know it may sound a bit dumbed down, but have you considered changing your column headers (is that an option?)? It's usually not a very good idea to have data setup like that.
I'm sorry I can't post a zip of the file here. Here is a jpg of it.
I wish that I could do as you have suggested with the column headers. My executive steering committee wants to see it this way....
Hello there,
It would be better if you could provide a small zipped sample of your worksheet rather than a picture; we wouldn't need to reproduce it then.
To post a zipped example, go to “My Documents” or wherever you have your file stored, right-click and “Send to > Compressed file”, then attach this zipped file to your post.
Sorry about that, I meant that I wasn't allowed to compress things from work as it is against policy.
What you need to do is decide which column you want to the page break to be on.
If you go to View > Page Break Preview, you will see where Excel defaults the breaks. So that the text isn't split over two pages, you need to insert some blank columns - say 3. So that the bottom slopping border of the column is within the page break.
Hope that makes sense?
