chart - what percentage of the chart made up the mode

Ok. I have a lot of data in a chart, and I need to make it easy to find certain info. I am able to use count, min, max, average, median, and mode. I would also like to have a cell tell me what percentage of the chart made up the mode. For example if 4 of the cells were the number 400 out of 100 cells of data, I would like it to tell me that 4% is the number 400.
I would also like to figure out how to show the top 10 modes and their percentages.
I would also like to see the opposite of a mode (the least frequently occurring numbers). The bottom 10 if possible, along with their percentages.

Does anyone know how to figure this out?

You could use the FREQUENCY function to histogram the data, and then use the LARGE and SMALL functions to extract the n most frequent and least frequent values.
