I don't use excel much and I am sure this is very simple, but not sure how to start.
I have a spreadsheet of a months invoices across anumber of sites (identified by name and number).
I want to produce a monthly overview, but the number of rows per store per month varies.
In the main data sheet there is a row which gives the totals for that store for that month.
I want to take data from that row and display it in the overview worksheet.
How best to start?
The identifying data for each row (about 300 sites) looks like this:
12 36 Bath Total
The data I want to access then follows as totals for that site for that month under different headings.
