Mail Merge Query - Multiple Excel Worksheets into Single Word Document?

I have a workbook with 7 worksheets in and a single Word document with the merge templates created.

Basically I have 7 corresponding sections in my Word document each representing the 7 worksheets but I cannot seem to select multiple worksheets when attempting to open new data source.

For example, I have inserted the merge fields in respect of the 1st worksheet into Word but when I open new data source and choose worksheet number 2, the merge fields in the 1st section are overridden with those values in the 2nd worksheet! Argh!

Any ideas of a way around this without creating 7 Word documents would be very appreciated!
