Display header on first page only?

How do you get the header/footer to display on the first page on a document only instead of every page? I think I have done this before but cannot remember how.

Put your header in row 1 and choose headers to print on sheet 1 only, which is what will happen if you print all unless you ask for headers to print on every page.

I think what Robert is saying is that instead of using the Excel Header/Footer capability, simply put the header into the first row of your spreadsheet.
