    0's for missing data

I have a list of 254 counties in one column and 10 more columns with county names and data. The problem is that counties that had no data for a certain year were left out. How do I go about automatically inserting a "0" for the counties missing a name and data?

In other words, column A has 254 counties listed whilst other columns have less than 254 since data is missing. Going through the columns individually is a pain, I'm just trying to see if I can automatically insert 0's based on Column A having the original county count that way I have 254 rows per column and all counties are accounted for.

    Thanks!

Put 0 in one cell. Copy
    Select all your data.
Paste Special with the Add option.

Maybe I did what you suggested wrong but, it just added zero's wherever blank cells were selected. What I really need to do is match those 254 rows in A to the rest of the data. In other words, I need to have 254 rows for the other columns that have missing counties/data. I can do that by manually finding out which ones were left out alphabetically and then inserting the name with a 0, but it takes forever; especially for those years missing 50+ counties/data. Hope it makes sense.

Can you post some sample data demonstrating the structure you have and describing what you want to end up with?
(if you attach a spreasheet, remember you need to zip it first.)

Sure thing. I attached 3 years worth of data. 2005 and 2004 have been manually corrected; 2003 has not. If you scroll down you'll notice that it doesn't match up (row-wise) to the other 2 years because it is missing those counties that did not have significant data. Let me know if you need anything else.

    Thanks!
