How do I adjust this view back to normal?

I was adjusting the headers and footers in page set up earlier and somehow when i returned to the worksheet, the view of the worksheet has expanded both vertically and horizontally. How do I adjust this view back to normal and just focus on the main page.

I have attached an image for reference.

No I don't think so. Im trying to condense the number of columns shown. Is this possible? I do not want to zoom to 200%, because the text will grow large and i can only find that adjusting the window size of the excel is the only way to accomplish this so far.

Does anyone see what I am trying to do?

I am trying to reduce columns A through column V, to simply column A to H

If you select columns A-V, then go to Zoom > Selection (see attached) that is what your .jpg shows.

You can either just select A-H and pick selection - but that make everything about 200%+, or set it to 100% which is the default.
