    Radio button values

I am new to this forum, so I hope this is posted within the correct section.

Here is my issue: I have a workbook with several tabs that contain several groups of radio buttons. The button responses are Yes, No, or N/A. The yes buttons are in C4:C10. The no buttons in D4:D10. The N/A buttons in E4:E10. I will have 100s of these buttons once I the logic code is added for the summary tab, which is outlined below.

I need to know how many buttons are checked yes, checked no. or checked N/A. I want this information displayed in a pie chart by % of yes, no or N/A responses. I would also like the information displayed like:

    section 1:
    Yes: 5
    No: 5
    N/A: 1

Can someone please help me solve this problem?: Thanks in advance for any support.

    the forms tool bar
    the controls tool bar
have you got the option buttons linked to a specific cell?

    davesexcel,

The option buttons were added from the forms toolbar. I do not have any of the current option buttons linked to any cells.

Each question that requires a response has a groupbox with 3 option buttons added under the C, D, and E columns.

    Lost in excel...........
