What Happend to This ?

Hi all fellows,

In my hard drive all my Excel , (word too) has been converted in some kind of
of language or something else which i dont know.
how it happend, This is i dont know too.
plz help me how can i get this data back. What happend to this file, is it virus
how can i make it in its original position.
(Sample file is attach)

plz guide me , I am very dishart.

It does not sound like it is an Excel problem
