Hi. Can someone please tell me how to create multiple lines of text within a cell so that when I paste text it breaks into lines instead of one long line? Thanks!

If you want the text that is in a large cell to appear in multiple lines, right click on the cell, choose FORMAT CELL. Go to the ALIGNMENT TAB, and at the botton, select WRAP TEXT.

If you are typing within a cell, and want to add a new line within the cell, press ALT+ENTER

Thanks. I see that it breaks up in the formula bar, but not in the actual spreadsheet. How can I fix that?
