    Text to column issue

I have attached a zip file. A vendor sends me a notebook file and I take the data and paste it into excel. I've been trying but I can't seem to get the columns to match up correctly. I've tried various Text to Column functions and the data won't seem to match up correctly. Is there something I'm missing? Any thoughts are most welcome.

    Thank you for your time,

    Eddie.

Try Text to Columns > Fixed width and add the lines by double clicking

    Text to column issue

You may be in luck on this one....That data is Fixed Width (meaning every row is the same length)

    Select the column of data

    Then....
    <data><text-to-columns>
    ...Check: Fixed Width....Click [Next]
...Click to insert break-points....Dbl-Click to remove them...Click [Next]
...Select each column you need as text and set it to text.
    ...Click [Finish]

If it's not quite right...Undo is your friend...then tweak a bit more.

NOTE: The column headings stray off a bit...ignore that issue and fix it after parsing.

    Does that help?
