    Access to Excel Exporting

I have an Access database that is continually updating every 15 minutes. Once a week I want to export the 672 data points it collects into an excel spreadsheet and for it to make all my graphs and analysis all automatically. I am capable of doing all this, however, when I export my information from Access to Excel, it comes over in the format that every cell includes a ' in front of the number (ie. '100). So when I attempt to run graphs they will not work. I have figured out that If I just add a simple copy and paste special macro, it rids me of the '. However, the numbers all seem to still left align in the cells, and I have to physically double click on each cell for them to go in as numbers so I may use the data. Does anybody know how to fix this problem? If there is something I am doing wrong, or if there is a simple step I can take to automate this procedure, I would greatly appreciate the answer. Thank-you.

After getting rid of the " ' ", enter 1 in an empty cell somwhere - Copy this - Select your cells - Right-click - Paste special - check " multiply" - OK
I think this could be reorded as a macro
