Copy Formula results and paste only results

I have a workbook that contains about 12 spreadsheets. The spreadsheets have this type of formulas (below)all thruout it. I want to copy the workbook and paste it into the new workbook with only the results dipslayed (not formulas).

I could do a paste special and paste in "Values"" only. Then I would have to paste over with "Formats" only. This will take longer then I would like. Is there a faster way?????
