List Validation

Hi all,

I'm trying to find out if there is away to cut down a list validation.

I'm not sure how to describe so i will attach an example.

Basically in column A i have a list of companys which might appear more than once. I'm using column A to form a List validation however because a company might appear more than once in column A it is appearing more than once in the list. Is there any way to cut this down?

You need to remove the duplicates from ColumnA, you can do this with Advanced Filter.
