referencing a cell using a formula...

    hi guys

I am not sure if this can be done, but I sure thing could do with it.

What I am trying to do is to refer to a certain cell depending on another cell's value.

    Say M1 has a value of 2

then in another cell, say A1, I want to refer to the value in cell: J(M1+2), say.

    so if M1 is 2, A1 would be J4, if M1 is 5, A1 would be J7...

is this clear, can it be done??

    TIA adn TGIF!!!!

    all the best

    Try this in A1

    ="J"&2+M1
