List that expands on click

I'm trying to create a list similar to the way the help sidebar works with the (+)'s you can click to expand and see more. I want it so if I have a cell that says "Production" which is a heading and I click that cell, a drop down list will appear with different departments that contain hyperlinks to other sheets or files. For example:

+Production <-- List is fully retracted

-Production <-- Cell was clicked and list is expanded
*Washing
*Hanging
*Sorting
*Repairs

I don't have to have the pluses and minus, those were just for examples. But I'd like to have it so all the stuff under production is hidden until you expand the list, and would like to have the stuff appear on the actual worksheet instead of just having that drop down box.

Anyone have a solution to this? Thanks.

not exactly clicking on cell to expand list but close....

select the subordinate items and go to Data|Group and Outline|Group... select Rows...

now you should have a new left margine with a - sign which you can click to expand/contract rows under Production....
