    Return highest/lowest 6 values from a list

    Hi,

    Is there a way to have excel return the lowest 6 values and the highest 6 values in a list?

    Try

    =SMALL(A:A,ROW(A1))
    =LARGE(A:A,ROW(A1))
    Drag down each formula 5 rows

    Thanks for the help. I'd never have thought of that function. The list was only 64 numbers long, so I sorted the data and just copied the low six and high six. I like your way much better!
